Speakers at Elite Week 2025 Edition

Sport Psychology - Joy Jouret

Joy Jouret has been a speaker for the two first editions of Elite Week. She comes to inspire participants, using the piliars of sport psychology to give them tips on how to stay on top of their game. In 2025, Joy offered a theoretical and a practical session on the importance of energy management and celebrating small victories.

Strength & Conditioning - Jeroen Verbraeken

Jeroen Verbraeken is a multidisciplinary strength coach. Training both individual athletes and teams, he has been coming to Elite Week for the past two years to educates participants on how to strengthen their bodies. In 2025, Jeroen offered an information session on why, when and how as well as a practical session including useful prevention exercises.

US College Information Sessions - Keystone

Our partner Keystone brought a team to talk to Elite Week participants about the journey to become a student-athlete in college in the USA. Their information session included an overview of the application process as well as some insights into the everyday life of a student-athlete.

Nutrition - Erin Marsh

ISB coach and certified nutritionist, Erin Marsh has been sharing with Elite Week participants since year one essential tips on how to fuel their bodies to perform at their best. Her presentations highlight the importance of having a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying every meal.

Performance Coaching - Darren Treasure

Darren Treasure is the Director of Mental Performance at Keystone. He has worked with many Olympic, World and NCAA National Champions in different sports over the course of his career. In 2025, he presented to the Elite Week participants essential tools to keep “Thriving Under Pressure”.
