- The story of a school year
  As we look back on the 2017-18 school year, the journey we took together as a community is clearly rooted in our Mission. But equally we can point to the influence of our clear learning definitions, research-based learning principles, strategic areas of focus, and overarching community values.

Admissions
- Choosing the right school
  Opened in 2018, the ISB Experience Room offers a unique, interactive experience for the entire family. It was designed to help families think about what is important when choosing a school, as well as to introduce our school in an innovative and engaging way.

Learning
- The ISB Learning Journey
  The ISB learning journey supports students from Preschool to Grade 12. The school is divided into four divisions, each of which is specially designed to provide an environment in which students can engage, connect, innovate and be empowered.

  We believe in our Mission of inclusion. We welcome students with diverse learning needs and understand the complexity and mutual benefit of being a truly inclusive school. We are proactive and responsive in the development of each child’s needs through a multidisciplinary team based approach.
Campus Life
- Settled in a green forest
  Set in the heart of the Forêt de Soignes, Kattenberg 19 has been the home of ISB since 1953. Today, the ISB Campus is a modern, vibrant learning community, a place to make new friends, and a home away from home for many families.

  The ISB bus service remains the most popular and recommended mode of transport for our students travelling between home and school each day. With more than 25 buses, serving routes towards most parts of the city and surrounding areas, the benefits are clear.

Softball

Softball is currently a girls-only sport at ISB

Varsity Softball - ISB Softball, former Triple Crown winners, practise three times a week with games most often on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. ISB Varsity Softball will host and travel according to ISST rules and regulations, so players selected for the team are expected to accept visiting players into their homes. They will also take part in an ISST at the end of the season.

JV Softball - Numbers permitting, ISB runs a JV softball programme and like most ISB JV squads they will travel and also be expected to welcome visiting athletes into their homes. The JV team usually practises twice a week in the morning.
