Our mission to develop independent learners and international citizens in an environment where everyone is included, challenged, and successful extents to everyone on our campus. We believe that everybody can learn, and we are committed to our team's success as part of their roles at ISB. We devise our professional development programmes around three key elements - clear professional standards, tracking growth record, and constructive feedback - with clear pathways specifically tailored to our faculty, administrative staff, and leadership team.

Professional Development Days

Apart from the continuous cycles of learning our teachers and staff engage in as part of their day-to-day work, we have set days throughout the school year, when school is not in session, dedicated to professional development activities. Department and topic-specific learning programmes are devised for these occasions, often with external training and workshops provided for knowledge sharing and best practice examples.
