All parents of students in Preschool, Prekindergarten, Kindergarten, Grade 1, 3, 4 and 5 will be required to indicate whether their child will return to campus on these days. A response form will be sent directly from each division.

Students may not enter school buildings independently. They will wait in their designated place on the playground. These will be organised and marked by your child’s cohort group. Teachers will guide students on how to move safely into the building. Students will be required to sanitize their hands when entering and exiting the building. They must also adhere to the 1.5 metre social distancing rule at all times.
Upon entering the classroom, all students must wash hands and take their place at their designated table. They will remain at their designated table throughout their time in the classroom.
K to Gr 5 students who arrive late must enter using the main entrance of the ECC or ES and sign in at their General Office. They will be required to announce their arrival to the General Office Manager, but not enter the office area.
For PS and PK students who arrive late a phone call needs to be placed to the ECC General Office from the parking area so that the child can be collected from the ECC gate as parents are not allowed on campus.
There will be a designated flow of movement through all buildings.
Each cluster group will have a designated toilet area that they will be required to use, one at a time.
Staff will manage safe departure from the buildings.

2. Registration
Registration
Based on registrations from the last two weeks of supervision and community feedback, we are adjusting the supervision service as of Tuesday, 2 June.
There will be one morning supervision session available from 08:30 until 13:00. This extended morning session allows for longer working blocks for students, as well as indoor and outdoor time for individual relaxation or movement. All activities continue to adhere to the social distancing guidelines provided by the Belgian authorities. Students are now welcome to bring a packed lunch to be eaten at 12:15 if they wish.
We understand that the 13:00 pickup time might be difficult for some families and even conflict with afternoon Zoom sessions. Therefore, we will be offering a 12:00, 12:30 or 13:00 pickup. When parents drop off their child in the morning they will be asked to stipulate which pickup time they will be using that day.
The registration form continues to be available on the main page of the Community Portal the Wednesday before each new week, with the deadline to register being the Friday at 13:00. This gives enough time to ensure there is adequate staffing and safety ratios.
Any requests for basic information or cancellations should be sent to supervision@isb.be.
For more in-depth information, please contact Erin Marsh.
