- ISB Annual Report 2020/21
  This year we celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 70 years of ISB. As we look ahead with hope and ambition at a future we are already creating for our students and our school, we also want to acknowledge all of the remarkable people that have helped shape who we are today.

  When we talk about the ISB Learning Network, we are referring to a community and a Mission. But we are also talking about the cluster of ideas, principles, and values upon which the school has been built over it's long history; but also around which the school is defining its future.
Admissions
- Choosing the right school
  Opened in 2018, the ISB Experience Room offers a unique, interactive experience for the entire family. It was designed to help families think about what is important when choosing a school, as well as to introduce our school in an innovative and engaging way.

Learning
- The ISB Learning Journey
  The ISB learning journey supports students from Preschool to Grade 12. The school is divided into four divisions, each of which is specially designed to provide an environment in which students can engage, connect, innovate and be empowered.
- A truly inclusive school
  We believe in our Mission of inclusion. We welcome students with diverse learning needs and understand the complexity and mutual benefit of being a truly inclusive school. We are proactive and responsive in the development of each child’s needs through a multidisciplinary team based approach.
Campus Life
- Settled in a green forest
  Set in the heart of the Forêt de Soignes, Kattenberg 19 has been the home of ISB since 1953. Today, the ISB Campus is a modern, vibrant learning community, a place to make new friends, and a home away from home for many families.
- The easiest way to school
  The ISB bus service remains the most popular and recommended mode of transport for our students travelling between home and school each day. With more than 25 buses, serving routes towards most parts of the city and surrounding areas, the benefits are clear.

  One of the most striking features of ISB is the extraordinary sense of community and the welcome it offers to families from countries all around the globe. We celebrate this diversity and the opportunities for learning that it brings.

  ISB welcomes back graduates, former students, past parents and former faculty & staff almost every day of the year, from all corners of the world. Our alumni community is truly global and we aim to stay in touch via communications and events with as many of our alumni as possible.

Share your knowledge

Developing International Citizens is an integral part of the ISB curriculum. We aim to prepare our students for the challenges of the 21st century. Our students learn to confidently bring their own perspectives to the world, while respecting different cultures and opinions.

One of the most effective ways in which we reinforce this learning, is when our parents and alumni work with us to share their expertise and experiences across different professional fields and geographies.

You can help us provide ISB students with practical opportunities to narrow the gap between the world in school and the world of work. Your participation can be as simple as

• Conducting mock University interviews
• Running CV writing sessions
• Running a career workshop
• Offering internships in your organization for recent High School Graduates
• Simply stopping by and having lunch with a small group of students interested in your career
