ISB Admissions Process

Complete the online application form

Applications to ISB are submitted online via the form below. You will be asked to create an account with a password, so that you can log in at any time and access your progress and documents.

Application Fee

Choose how you would like to pay the 2,000 Euro application fee.

Academic Documents

Upload report cards from the past two years (and English translations where applicable). High School applicants must include transcripts from Grade 9.

Important Documents

Upload a copy of the applicant’s passport or birth certificate.

Questionnaire

Send the school questionnaire to a teacher who knows the child well. This is done within the online application process, where you will find instructions.

Extra Documents

For students with diagnosed learning support or special education needs: upload psycho-educational reports and ILPs/IEPs (and English translations where applicable).

Preparing for the first day of school

Admissions Decisions

As soon as we have the completed Application From and all the required documents, we send your child's file to the Head of the relevant School Section (Early Childhood Centre, Elementary, Middle, High School). The Head and other members of the educational team review the file and make the final decision on acceptance. We then inform you of the decision via an official email, and if your child has been accepted, you will be asked to confirm our offer of acceptance within five working days.

Please note that applications for learning support, financial aid, or those involving other special circumstances may take longer. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have questions about your child(ren)'s status in the admissions process.
