Once you have decided to apply to ISB, our goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible, whilst also recognising that every child is different and sometimes it is not always easy to transition into another school. Click on the buttons below to find out more about the 3-step process.
As soon as we have the required the Online Application and all the required documents, we send your child's file to the Head of the relevant Division (Early Childhood Centre, Elementary, Middle, High School). The Head and other members of the educational team review the file and make the final decision on acceptance. We then inform you of the decision and the next steps in the process as soon as we can - usually from three to five working days.
Please note that applications for learning support, assisted places, or those involving other special circumstances may take longer. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have questions about your child(ren)'s status in the admissions process.
1. Passport style parent photos for ID badges. Send digital versions to Veronique Van Styvendael at email@example.com
2. Completed Bus form if you would like your children to ride our school bus
3. Remaining school reports for the current school year and the end of year report upon arrival at ISB
First Day of School
On the first day of school, a member of the ISB staff will welcome you at the Chateau reception desk. You will receive from us the following:
Access to our Community Portal*
A invoice for school fees
A SEPA Mandate Form for direct debit, parent ID badges and parking stickers
