In support of this school’s vision for learning, our building project - The Common Ground Campus - is already well under way. The concept is that every aspect of the buildings and landscape will directly reflect the concepts that drive our curriculum.

At the heart of these plans, is a commitment to sustainable environmental solutions. We are proud to be the only school to have been awarded a second Eco-Dynamism Star by the Brussels Environment Agency and invited by the Directorate for Energy and Transport of the European Commission to become a Campaign Associate in the Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign.

In addition, ISB has also been granted the Silver Award by the Milieuzorg Op School (MOS) environment project and works in co-operation with a number of local, national and European agencies on a range of sustainable solutions – from consumption and waste management to mobility and carbon efficient buildings.
