How can I order from the ISB Online Shop?

The ISB Online Shop is a easy and efficient way of purchasing items online. You can pay for items online and collect them from the on campus ISB Shop, which is located in the High School Annex. We are also now offering international shipping.

What if my order is not in stock? |

If any item is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail and we will check with the supplier for the next delivery. |

We are please to announce that we are now able to offer international shipping on items in the ISB Online Shop.
You can calculate your approximate total shipping costs using the FedEx chart highlighted below. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items and the location of the delivery address.
On the FedEx chart you will see your individual country zone listed - cross-reference this against the weight of your shipment to get the total shipping costs. Please note that these costs will need to be paid by you direct to FedEx upon delivery, not via the ISB Online Shop website.

How do I cancel my order?

Please advice us by e-mail as soon as possible, there is no cancellation fee. |

Can I return items? |
|
| |

Yes, however only if the product itself is faulty. The original tags must still be in place in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

There is a generic Nike size chart on the right hand side banner on the ISB Online Shop website, as well as on each individual item page.
