Why do we implement laptops, and specifically Tablet PC’s, in classes at ISB?

Research has shown that a technology-rich environment combined with significant professional development of teachers, can enhance the learning environment and student achievement. Schools with ample technology access and resources provide a stronger and broader foundation for self-directed learning, development of problem-solving and higher-order thinking skills, creative expression, collaboration and project-based instruction.
